The new Tackle Payments offers:
- Simplified multi-cloud view of all disbursed payments: A single, comprehensive view of Gross Disbursed Revenue (the total amount paid by buyers to the Marketplace) and Actual Disbursed Revenue (the actual amount you receive in your bank account) across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Marketplaces.
- “Group by” functionality: Default to the ability to group all payments by disbursement date and Marketplace to help show the payment breakdown of lump sum disbursements from a Marketplace.
- Full invoice details: Click on any individual payment to see the full invoice details that the Marketplace sends to Tackle, such as the Contract ID and Offer ID.
- Export: Search, filter, and export your curated list of payments to a CSV for audit purposes and to support your superhero analysis skills.
With this unified disbursements dashboard, finance teams now have a clear, real-time view of their financial health across multiple Marketplaces— and as a result, can leverage Tackle to handle Marketplace disbursements efficiently. The reconciliation process ensures that each payment is accurately linked to its respective contract, providing clear visibility and reducing the workload on finance personnel.
