The Tackle Reel: July Product Updates

Here’s how we made Cloud GTM easier this month

This month is all about deep partnership integration, with major enhancements to our Microsoft experience and powerful new automations for AWS.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

  • Turning every seller into a Microsoft seller
  • Automation that accelerates AWS revenue
  • New and noteworthy updates you need to know

Turning every seller into a Microsoft seller

We’ve made it easy for your entire revenue org to take advantage of the Microsoft partnership. Your team can now manage co-sell referrals and marketplace private offers right where they work: in Salesforce or the Tackle Platform. The result? A simpler selling motion that drives a bigger partnership impact.

Here’s how we’re making it happen:

  • Your data, Microsoft-ready: Tackle maps your Salesforce fields to Microsoft’s requirements. Now your co-sell referrals and private offers will stay in sync, eliminating manual work and ensuring data is always ready to go.
  • Co-sell that works like sellers do: Manage the full referral lifecycle—from creation to close—right alongside your existing pipeline. Inbound referrals appear where sellers already work, so nothing gets missed and deals move faster.
  • Private offers your way: Easily track direct or partner offers from acceptance to subscription. You can customize plans with a single billing term or a flexible payment schedule (including 4 and 5-year terms) to meet any customer need.
  • Test before you send: Use our built-in Salesforce sandbox to safely test your entire Microsoft workflow before going live. You can work out any kinks, maintain full control, and launch new processes with confidence.

Automation that accelerates revenue

High-performing teams move fast, and now your AWS co-sell motion can too. With Tackle’s latest release, you can automate and streamline the full co-sell lifecycle directly from Salesforce.

So what’s new?

✅  Auto-create AWS co-sell opportunities based on mapped Salesforce stages.
✅ Automatically sync opportunity stage, revenue, and close dates between systems.
✅ Auto-close opportunities in AWS Partner Central when deals are won or lost in Salesforce.

The bottom line is fewer delays, fewer errors, and more time for your team to focus on what matters: driving scalable revenue with AWS.

New and noteworthy updates you need to know

  • Tackle for Salesforce Version 2.2 is live: This latest release includes significant performance upgrades, new objects to support upcoming features, and improved data accuracy across Salesforce and cloud provider systems.
  • There’s a new marketplace on the scene: We’re ready to support the new AI Agent and Tools in AWS Marketplace. Tackle is helping sellers activate from Day 1 with tools and support to list and transact quickly.
  • Make it monthly: You asked, we calculated. You can now break down deal amounts into monthly recurring revenue (MRR) right inside your AWS field mapping setup.
