Planning Your Cloud GTM Week at AWS re:Invent

AWS re:Invent brings together everyone who powers Cloud GTM, from partner pros to product leaders to the folks driving marketplace revenue every quarter. It’s an energizing week, but with so many sessions, venues, and hallway conversations competing for attention, it’s easy to feel pulled in every direction.

Here’s your guide to the week—use it to keep your schedule focused, structure your days, and zero in on the marketplace and co-sell content that actually supports your revenue goals.

Marketplace and co-sell sessions worth your time

The marketplace and co-sell track is spread across workshops, breakouts, quick talks, and a standout customer success session. You’ll see everything from listing mechanics to partner program strategy to buyer-behavior insights, which is all useful if marketplace revenue or co-sell readiness is high on your list this year.

Monday, December 1

  • AWS Marketplace seller workshop: Publish, update, and manage products (PEX314): A practical session that walks through the operational side of marketplace lifecycle work.
  • Builders session: Build agents and tools for Bedrock AgentCore and sell in AWS Marketplace (PEX316 RI): For teams exploring agentic capabilities with commercial pathways, this provides a structured foundation.

Tuesday, December 2

  • Build agentic workflows on AWS with third party agents and tools (AIM3311): Strong option for technical leaders linking product decisions with marketplace distribution.
  • From idea to impact: AI agents and tools in AWS Marketplace (AIM3318): A compact talk that surveys how AI solutions transition into marketplace availability.
  • AWS Marketplace growth through product-led growth and international expansion (PEX209): Helpful if you are evaluating new regions or refining product-led tactics.
  • Go to market in today’s political climate: A policy and AWS Marketplace overview (PEX204): A timely view of how regulatory conditions intersect with marketplace selling.

Wednesday, December 3

  • Success story: Building and scaling global software solutions with AWS Global Passport: Francesca Bowen’s discussion offers a real-world look at scaling through partner pathways. Held at Mandalay Bay, Level 2, Oceanside B at 8:30 a.m.
  • Optimize software and AI agent procurement with AWS Marketplace (COP212): Useful for understanding buyer behavior and procurement preferences.
  • Solution-based selling strategies in AWS Marketplace (PEX110): A short format session focused on positioning and sales motion design.
  • Monetizing agentic AI solutions: A partner guide for AI agents and tools (PEX112): Insight for teams tying AI product work to commercial marketplace routes.
  • Builders session: Build agents and tools for Bedrock AgentCore and sell in AWS Marketplace (repeat) (PEX316 R): A second opportunity to attend if Monday’s slot filled quickly.

Thursday, December 4

  • A guide to AWS Partner Solutions in AWS Marketplace (NTA101): A broader view of the marketplace landscape.
  • Simplify discovery and deployment of software with AWS Marketplace (MAM107): Helps teams understand what buyers encounter when evaluating listings.
  • Leveraging partner programs and AWS Marketplace for success (PEX107): A direct link between partner program participation and marketplace outcomes.
  • AWS Partner Programs for software partners (PEX103): Good for early stage cloud GTM teams.
  • AI powered co-sell: Partner success with AWS Partner Central (PEX113): A co-sell focused talk for teams sharpening their relationship with AWS sellers.

A simple way to plan your week

Many attendees like to reserve mornings for high-value sessions, then use afternoons for conversations with partners or AWS teams. The flow below reflects that pattern and helps you stay focused on marketplace and co-sell discussions.

Sunday and Monday

Pick up your badge early and take a walkthrough so you’re not sprinting blind on day one. If marketplace readiness is a priority, make time for the Monday seller workshop on publishing and managing listings—it gives you shared language for the rest of the week’s conversations.

Tuesday

Choose one or two agentic AI or product-led marketplace sessions. Don’t overload yourself! Give yourself space afterward to jot down takeaways and connect them back to product or revenue goals.

Wednesday

Start with the Global Passport success story session. Then ride that momentum into meetings with AWS reps, marketplace category owners, or partners who want clarity on your listing strategy.

Thursday

Anchor your day around partner program content and buyer-experience sessions. This is also the best day for follow-ups now that you’ve gathered enough context to talk next steps.

Friday

Keep things flexible! Last-minute check-ins often happen here, especially if someone wants a final readout before flying home.

What to bring, wear, and plan for in Las Vegas

Long walks, packed ballrooms, and shifting temperatures are the re:Invent trifecta. Comfortable shoes, layers, and a small backpack will make your life easier. A water bottle and portable charger are worth their weight in gold—outlets disappear fast, and hydration gets surprisingly tough when you’re crossing campuses.

Give yourself extra time when moving between the Venetian, Caesars Forum, and Mandalay Bay because these walks add up!
