Tackle for Salesforce 2.3 is here

This version brings some of our most-requested enhancements to date—designed to give automation flexibility, better visibility, and more control in Salesforce.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Auto-link co-sells to Salesforce opportunities created from Leads, keeping records in sync without extra effort.
  • New automation options: More flexible ways to create AWS co-sells, with details covered in the section below.
  • Smarter saved list views that surface co-sell invitations, draft offers, and opportunities with cloud errors—so nothing slips through the cracks.

Together, these updates make it easier to manage co-sell at scale while improving pipeline hygiene across AWS, Google, and Microsoft.

Upgrade to Version 2.3

Automating AWS co-sell, your way

Every team has their own co-sell playbook and approaches creation criteria a little differently, which is why we’ve introduced flexible automation options. Now you can decide how AWS co-sells are created in Salesforce.

  • Built-in automation: a simple, no-code toggle available in Tackle platform that creates a co-sell when an opportunity hits a specific stage
  • Custom Salesforce flows: a more advanced option for teams who want granular control—like triggering a co-sell based on stage, deal size or custom fields.

Pro Tip: Decide on the method that works best for your team and stick with it to avoid duplicate records.

Choose your own automation adventure.

Smarter Microsoft referrals

Sharing deals with Microsoft just got faster and more resilient. Two new updates make it easier to keep co-sell momentum going:

  • Draft referrals: Save work in progress and auto-save failed submissions, so your progress is never lost.
  • Clone referrals: Duplicate an existing referral to create a new one in seconds—no re-entry required.

Together, these updates give your team time back in their day, reduce errors, and keep deals moving.

Level-up your referral workflows.

New and noteworthy releases

  • Bulk co-sell creation in Salesforce is faster and more efficient, helping teams handle higher volumes with less overhead.
  • Auto-accept AWS inbound invitations to reduce manual steps and keep deals moving.
  • Opportunity owner details in AWS co-sells for cleaner records and clearer accountability.
